Sales Policies for A Few Clicks
Ordering -
We require that you place an order for a minimum of $10.
Product Delivery - Most orders received Monday through Thursday will be shipped within two days if instock. Orders placed Friday will be shipped the following Monday. Saturday and Sunday orders will be shipped on the following Wednesday.10 day 100% money back guarantee If you receive a part from A Few Clicks and you feel that it does not live up to your expectations return it in new unused condition within 10 days from date of invoice and pay no restocking charges - we stand by our product! We believe our parts will meet or exceed the expectations of even the most demanding cyclist. Shipping and handling and assembly charges are not refundable Purchases made by credit card will have refund credited to account.
Warranty -
Refer to individual manufacturers warranty for details. Each manufacturer is responsible for warranty claims against their particular product.
Returns / Exchanges -
Returns and exchanges are accepted with in 30 days of date of purchase provided that the item is returned in original packaging and un-used condition with invoice. A 5% restocking charge will be assessed for product returned after the free 10 day period. Shipping and handling and assembly charges are not refundable Purchases made by credit card will have refund credited to account. Customer must contact A Few Clicks to provide credit card account information. Credit card information is not retained after orders have been processed. Returns will be refunded with in 60 days after A Few Clicks has inspected and accepted return. DO NOT return any merchandise without contacting A Few Clicks for a return code. You can return your purchases by mail. To return by mail: 1. Fill out the back of your invoice and include it with your return. If you cannot send your invoice, please include your order number and Pay Pal information. 2. Specify whether you want a return or exchange. 3. For an exchange, please indicate which new product you want by providing the item number located on the item's Product Information page. Include correct size. 4. Mail to: 3160 South Classen Norman, OK 73071 A Few Clicks is not responsible for items returned damaged or lost in shipment upon return, therefore, we recommend you insure your package and keep a record of your shipment until your return or exchange has been processed.
International Shipping -
Presently A Few Clicks does NOT offer any warrantee or return for products shipped INTERNATIONAL.
Privacy - Your information will not be sold or given to any third party. Back Order -
The demand for our products is extremely high due to our high quality and low prices. On occasion orders exceed production. If this occurs we will contact you to specify the earliest delivery date. Any other items that you order will be shipped. If this is not acceptable, please make note of this in the Message section of our order form. If we enact a price increase, your lower price will not change. Should the price decrease - you will receive the lower price.
